OiTV / VIDEO June 2005  OiTV uses live television broadcasts taken from a standard analog TV aerial. Technically speaking OiTV captures a video buffer of a few minutes, whereby the limits of this buffer move continuously with the time. Having immediate access to anything within the buffer OiTV can "jump in time" and playback live recorded footage forwards and backwards with different speeds.
